We start by preparing all the necessary ingredients to create a delicious and savory dish. The first step is to peel and finely chop the onion, ensuring that the slices are uniform for even sautéing. In a deep skillet, we heat the two tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, we add the chopped onion and sauté it, stirring constantly, until it becomes translucent and its aroma transforms into a pleasant one.

After the onion reaches the desired consistency, it is time to add the diced meat. It is recommended to use beef or pork, depending on personal preferences. We mix the meat well with the onion and fry it until it turns white, making sure it browns slightly on all sides. This will add a pleasant texture and rich flavor to our dish.

After the meat has been fried, we add a bit of water to the skillet, followed by seasoning with freshly ground pepper, marjoram, and Delikat. These spices will enhance the flavors and turn the dish into a true feast. We continue to add water until the meat is completely covered and cover the skillet with a lid. We let it simmer on low heat so that the flavors blend perfectly and the meat becomes tender and juicy. It is important to periodically check the water level, adding a little if necessary, to ensure it does not burn.

When the meat is well cooked and softened, we uncover the pot and let the excess water evaporate, leaving a thicker and more aromatic sauce. At this point, we add the two tablespoons of mustard, which will add a slightly spicy and intense flavor, followed by the six tablespoons of sour cream, which will provide creaminess to the sauce. We mix well to combine the ingredients and let it come to a boil, so that all the flavors meld together.

Our dish is now ready to serve! We offer this delicious sauce alongside a side of mushroom rice, but it will also pair well with any type of pasta. It is a comforting dish, perfect for a family dinner or to impress guests. Enjoy every bite and savor meals full of flavor!
