Chicken with Green Olives and Lemon

After all the ingredients are in the pot, we pour warm broth over, which will help form a rich sauce. We cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on medium heat. It is important to check occasionally, stirring gently to prevent sticking. The dish will be ready when the sauce has reduced, thickened, and the chicken is well cooked, tender, and full of flavors.
