Italian chicken
To prepare a delicious recipe for chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and cheese, we start by preparing the necessary ingredients. The first step is to take care of the chicken meat. So, we take the chicken breast and slice it thinly, similar to schnitzels. These slices will then be gently beaten with a meat mallet to become tender and easy to roll. By beating the meat, we ensure it cooks evenly and becomes juicy.
The next step involves the mushrooms and parsley. The fresh mushrooms are washed well and finely chopped, while the parsley is chopped finely. The mixture of mushrooms and parsley will add a fresh aroma and a special taste to our dish. Then, with the help of a large grater, we grate the cheese, which will give the dish a creamy texture and rich flavor.
In a bowl, we combine the chopped mushrooms, grated cheese, and parsley, then add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste, to enhance the flavors. We mix well until we obtain a homogeneous composition.
Now, we turn our attention to the aluminum foil. We lay it out on a flat surface and grease it with a little oil to prevent sticking. We place the slices of chicken breast on the foil, making sure to leave a bit of space between them. On each slice, we put a portion of the mushroom, cheese, and parsley mixture, then carefully roll the foil to form a compact roll.
The chicken rolls are placed in a baking dish, in which we previously added a little water to maintain moisture during baking. We place the dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and let it bake for about 30 minutes. When the rolls are ready, we take them out of the foil, and the enticing aroma will delight our senses.
To serve, we cut the rolls into portions and place them on plates. On top, we add a delicious sauce made from the juices left by the meat and spices, and on the side, boiled potatoes seasoned with a little butter and fresh parsley must not be missing. This combination will turn the meal into a true culinary celebration. Enjoy your meal!
