Once the mushrooms are clean, carefully remove the stems. These can be used to add flavor to a sauce or soup, so don't throw them away! Place the mushroom caps on a tray and lightly salt them, then sprinkle a little fresh or dried dill, which will add a note of freshness. Add half a teaspoon of margarine to each cap, to provide a rich taste and velvety texture.

Chop the stems into small pieces and mix them with the remaining margarine, then place the mixture on top of the mushroom caps. Sprinkle a little more salt and dill to enhance the flavors. Now the mushrooms are ready to be grilled. Make sure the grill is well heated, but not excessively, to avoid burning the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms on the grill, leaving a little space between them to allow for air circulation.
