Chocolate Cake

Once melted, let them cool slightly before incorporating them into the egg and sugar mixture.
Add the melted chocolate and margarine to the bowl with the eggs, gently mixing to avoid losing air from the mixture. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, sift the flour together with the baking powder and gradually incorporate them into the chocolate mixture. While the base cools completely, you can prepare the delicious cream. In a saucepan, melt the two types of chocolate together with the cream, stirring constantly to ensure even melting. Once the chocolate is completely melted, add the margarine and continue to stir until it integrates perfectly into the mixture. Let the cream cool slightly so that it is not excessively hot when pouring it over the chocolate base.
Once the cream is warm, pour it evenly over the prepared base, ensuring it distributes evenly. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and let it set well in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. This waiting time will allow the flavors to intensify and make the cake tastier. When you are ready to serve, you can decorate with chocolate flakes or fresh fruits for an extra touch of flavor.
