- Vanilla sugar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon rum

Preparing the cookie roll:

1. Preparing the ingredients: Start by crushing the Petit Beurre cookies. Do not crush them completely; leave some larger pieces for an interesting texture. Then, soak the raisins in rum to give them a deep flavor and richer taste.

2. Preparing the nuts and Turkish delight: Cut the Turkish delight into small cubes and chop the nuts and hazelnuts. These ingredients will add crunch and flavor to your roll.
