Preparation instructions

1. Preparing the ingredients
Before you start, make sure all the ingredients are ready. Wash and clean the chicken strips, removing any membranes or fat. Cut the onion julienne (thinly sliced) and the bell pepper into similar pieces. This will allow the vegetables to cook evenly and absorb the flavors.

2. Sautee the onions
In a deep pan, add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and gently sauté, dri dripping a little water to soften without frying. This process will take about 5-7 minutes. The onions should become transparent and slightly soft.

3. Adding the peppers
Once the onions are well softened, add the chopped bell peppers. Continue to cook everything together, stirring occasionally. The peppers will add a touch of sweetness and a crunchy texture.

4. Chicken fillets
In a separate pan, heat a little oil and add the chicken fillets. Fry them for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned, but don't cook them through. This step helps seal in the juices from the fillets and gives a tender texture.

5. The perfect combination
Once the noodles are ready, add them to the pan with the onions and peppers. Pour in the tomato juice and chilli paste and gogosari. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika (or hot paprika if you prefer). Mix well and add just enough water to cover the vegetables.

6. Final cooking
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the flavors combine perfectly. If you like, you can add a little white wine at this stage for an even richer flavor.

7. Serving
Once everything's ready, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top for extra freshness. Serve the sautéed chicken tenders alongside a side of plain rice or plain potatoes. This dish is even more delicious with a fresh green salad or vegetable dish.

Practical tips

- Choosing the right beans: Opt for fresh cutlets, preferably from naturally raised chickens. They are more tender and tastier.
- Vegetarian option: If you want a vegetarian option, you can use shiitake mushrooms or other firm-textured mushrooms that mimic chanterelles.
- Substitute vegetables: You can also add carrots or zucchini to diversify the recipe and make it even healthier.
