This colorful appetizer, based on fresh vegetables, is perfect for impressing your guests and adding a splash of color to your table. We start by preparing the main ingredients. The carrots, which will add a pleasant sweetness to the dish, are washed well and peeled, then cut into long slices, into quarters. We boil them in a pot of water with a little salt, so they soften slightly without losing their texture. This step is essential for achieving a dish with a pleasing appearance and delicious flavor.

Meanwhile, we take care of the broccoli, which will bring a note of freshness and a contrast of color. We break it into small florets and add it to boiling water, letting it cook for a few minutes until it becomes vibrant and crunchy. We remove it from the water and drain it well. These two vegetables will form the base of our appetizer, and their combination of colors will surely be appealing.

In a separate bowl, we crack the eggs and beat them well until we obtain a light foam. This step is crucial, as the eggs will bind the ingredients and provide a fluffy texture to the final dish. We prepare a loaf pan, which we line with butter and breadcrumbs to prevent sticking.

We place the loaf pan in a taller tray filled with water to ensure even baking. We put everything in the preheated oven and let the appetizer bake until the egg is fully set and the cheese becomes golden and crispy.
