To prepare this delicious soy recipe with mushrooms, we start by boiling the soy in water with various spices that will enhance its flavor. It is important to let the soy boil for about 30 minutes to soften and absorb the flavors of the spices. After the soy has boiled, we strain it and let it cool completely. This step is essential because it ensures that we do not add hot ingredients to the final mixture.

Meanwhile, we take care of the mushrooms. We wash each mushroom well under a stream of cold water, making sure to remove any impurities. If the mushrooms are too large, we can cut them into smaller pieces so that they incorporate better into the mixture. Fresh mushrooms add a pleasant texture and a savory taste to our dish.

In a large bowl, we gather all the ingredients. We chop the cooled soy into small pieces if we haven't already used cubed soy. Then we add the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, and fresh herbs – dill and parsley – which will provide a fresh and aromatic flavor. These ingredients combine perfectly, and the herbs add not only flavor but also a touch of color to the dish.

Next, we add the eggs, which will bind all the ingredients together, giving the mixture a homogeneous consistency. It is important to mix all the ingredients well so that each component integrates perfectly. Finally, we season with salt, pepper, and a little Delikat for a balanced taste.

Now we prepare the loaf pan, which we grease with oil to prevent sticking. We line it with flour, ensuring it is evenly covered. We pour the obtained mixture into the pan, being careful to level it nicely so that we achieve a uniform texture in the end.

We preheat the oven to a low temperature and place the pan with the mixture in the preheated oven. We let it bake for about 50 minutes until the dish turns golden and firm to the touch. Finally, we let it cool slightly before removing it from the pan.
