The fish fillet is carefully defrosted, ensuring that the delicate texture of the meat is not destroyed. Once completely thawed, all the water on the surface of the fish is removed using an absorbent towel. This step is essential, as a dry surface will allow the spices to adhere better, thus providing a more intense flavor. Salt and freshly ground pepper are then sprinkled to enhance the natural flavors of the fish.

Next, we take a special roasting bag in which we will place the fish fillets. Thin slices of lemon and a few slices of garlic are placed on top of the fish, which will add extra flavor. The bag is placed in a baking dish and a few small holes are made in the top with a toothpick. This step allows the steam to escape, ensuring even cooking. The dish is placed in the preheated oven at a medium temperature and left for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, we prepare the vegetable side dish. In a spacious pan, the oil is added, and the frozen vegetables are put in. They are allowed to heat up, then a small amount of water is added and covered with a lid, allowing the vegetables to steam. This process will preserve the vibrant color and crunchy texture of the vegetables, providing a pleasant contrast with the fish.

When the vegetables are ready, salt and pepper are sprinkled over them, and then they are gently mixed to combine the flavors. These colorful vegetables are placed on a plate alongside the fish fillet. Finally, for a touch of freshness, lemon juice can be added over the fish, thus enhancing the flavor and bringing an extra vitality to the dish.
