- 5 eggs
- 600 g flour
- 500 ml sparkling water
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 packet of baking powder
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 packet of Delikat (or salt, to taste)

For the filling:
- 350 g smoked country ham
- 500 g cheese
- 2 jars/cans of mushrooms (approximately 400 g)
- 200 g olives
- 3 green onions
- 600 ml tomato juice
- fresh dill (for decoration)

Preparation:

Step 1: Preparing the crust
Break the 5 eggs into a large bowl and whisk them well. It is important for the eggs to be at room temperature to achieve a fluffy texture. Gradually add the flour and sparkling water, alternating between the two to avoid lumps. Continue mixing until the mixture becomes homogeneous, similar to that of a sponge cake. Add the yeast, pepper, and Delikat, continuing to mix.

Step 2: Resting
Once you have a uniformly consistent mixture, set it aside for about 20 minutes. During this time, the yeast will start to work, and the crust will become fluffier.
