Walnuts and Nutella Rolls

To prepare this delicious recipe, we start by making the dough. We roll out a thick sheet about 2 cm, being careful not to press too hard, so we keep the airy texture. This is an essential step, as we want the rolls to be fluffy and full of flavor. After rolling out the dough, we come with a delicious combination: we sprinkle roasted and ground walnuts evenly over the entire surface of the sheet. This walnut will add a crunchy note and an intense flavor.

Then, here and there, we generously place a teaspoon of Nutella. This chocolate and hazelnut cream will melt the hearts of those who will enjoy our dish. After arranging all the ingredients, we carefully roll the sheet, making sure to keep the filling inside. Once we have formed a tight roll, we cut it into 6 equal pieces, which will be our delights.

We preheat the oven to a high temperature to achieve even baking and perfect browning. While preparing our muffin tray, we place a baking paper in each compartment. This will prevent the rolls from sticking and will make serving easier. We place each roll vertically in the muffin tray, so they bake evenly.

After filling the tray, we carefully place the rolls in the preheated oven. We bake them at high heat, watching closely as they begin to brown beautifully. It is a moment of impatience, as the enticing aroma of chocolate and walnut will spread throughout the kitchen. Once they are browned, we take them out of the oven and brush them with a little beaten egg, which will give them a special shine and an appetizing appearance.

We leave them in the oven for a few more minutes, so the glaze sets nicely. Then, we take them out and let them cool a bit before enjoying them. These rolls are perfect for a savory breakfast or for a sweet snack at any time of the day. Enjoy your meal!

 Ingredients: Dough 500 g flour 2 egg yolks 100 g sugar 12 g brewer's yeast milk 100 ml at first and then I continued but I don't remember how much I added I think another 300 ml, anyway, milk as needed vanilla margarine or butter as much as 2 walnuts I didn't add it to the dough but used it to grease my hands when kneading it nutella + walnuts
