Pasta with mushrooms and cream sauce is not just a simple dish, but also a true delicacy that will delight your taste buds. Start by gathering the necessary ingredients: 300 grams of pasta (preferably tagliatelle or fettuccine), 250 grams of fresh mushrooms (champignon or oyster), 200 milliliters of cooking cream, one small onion, two cloves of garlic, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a few sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish.

The first step is to boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Make sure the water is brought to a boil beforehand, and when the pasta is ready, drain it well and reserve a little of the boiling water to use later in the sauce.

In the meantime, you can prepare the mushrooms. Clean them and slice them thinly. In a large skillet, heat a few tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent. Then, add the crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté everything for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are golden and release their aroma.

Once the mushrooms are ready, reduce the heat and add the cream. Mix well, and then season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little boiling water from the pasta to thin it out. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes so that the flavors meld together.

Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix it well with the cream and mushroom sauce. Make sure the pasta is evenly coated. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top and mix everything again to achieve a creamy and savory texture.

Serve the pasta hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for an extra touch of freshness. This simple yet extremely tasty recipe can be customized to your liking by adding, for example, some slices of crispy bacon or fresh vegetables. Regardless of the chosen variation, pasta with mushrooms and cream sauce will surely become one of your favorite recipes, providing you with a delicious lunch or dinner in no time. Bon appétit!

Put water to boil for pasta on low heat (it takes longer for the sauce to be ready). Melt a cube of butter and add the garlic clove to sauté. Add the mushrooms until they brown a little, and do the same with the ham, after which remove the garlic clove. Pour in a little milk to cover the mushrooms and let it reduce, stirring occasionally. Cook the pasta according to the instructions and drain the water. When the milk is almost completely reduced, add the cream, salt, pepper, and if desired, grated parmesan. After it comes to a boil, add the pasta and chopped parsley and mix well, then turn off the heat. The pasta with mushrooms and cream sauce is served with grated parmesan.
