Mojito Coffee
Ingredients: -2 limes -a few sprigs of fresh mint -4 teaspoons of sugar -320ml sprite or mineral water -120ml coffee, I used Lavazza rosa, but anyone can use what they like -ice as needed

If we have a vertical blender, we can use its glass, but make sure it is spacious enough. Over the lime pieces, we add a few fresh mint sprigs, which will provide a special flavor and unmistakable aroma to our drink.
We continue by adding the sugar. The amount of sugar can vary depending on personal sweetness preferences, but a tablespoon of sugar should be enough to balance the acidity of the limes. Once we have added all the ingredients to the glass, we activate the blender and mix everything well for a few moments. It is important to ensure that the limes and mint are completely crushed, so that the flavors combine perfectly.
After achieving a homogeneous mixture, we carefully add the sprite, which will bring a note of effervescence and sweetness to the drink. Now it's time to deal with the ice. We fill the glass with ice cubes, which will not only cool the drink but also give it an attractive appearance. Finally, we carefully pour the coffee over the ice and our lime and mint mixture. The coffee will add a note of bitterness and turn this drink into a true taste experience.
