How to make tomato juice. I don't have a separator for tomatoes, so I started by washing the tomatoes and removing their stems. I cut them into quarters and placed them in the food processor. Once they turned into a juice, I strained them to separate the seeds. Then, I put everything in a pot and boiled it over medium heat until the mixture reduced. Salt and sugar are added if the juice is too sour. It is left to reduce according to everyone's preference... to the thickness you want the tomato juice to be :) I washed the bottles, dried them very well, and poured the hot tomato juice into them. I wrapped them in a blanket and left them until they cooled down. Then, we put them in the pantry and use them as needed :)
