To prepare this delicious cherry and chocolate cream dessert, we start by preparing the gelatin. We place the gelatin in a little cold water for about 10 minutes to hydrate it properly. After this time, we put it on very low heat or in the microwave, being careful not to bring it to a boil, as we want to melt it gradually.

In a separate saucepan, we take the cherry jam and add a little water to make it more liquid. We put it on low heat and stir constantly to achieve a uniform consistency. It is important that the jam is fluid so that it integrates perfectly into the final cream. Once the jam is ready, we mix it well to obtain a fine and homogeneous texture. After we finish, we add the melted gelatin and let the mixture reach room temperature.

Next, we take care of the whipped cream. By beating the cream until it becomes firm, we obtain an airy base for our dessert. In another container, we put the hydrated and melted gelatin, then add the honey, milk, and a splash of vanilla essence. These ingredients will add not only flavor but also a touch of sweetness. After we have obtained a uniform mixture, we carefully integrate it into the whipped cream, mixing with a spatula so as not to lose the air in the composition.

For decorating the glasses, we melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, being careful not to burn it. Using a brush, we decorate the inside of the glasses with the melted chocolate, creating artistic patterns. It is good to keep the glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes to ensure a perfect texture of the chocolate.

Once the chocolate has hardened, we start assembling the dessert. We put the first layer of cherry cream, followed by a break in the freezer to harden a little. Then we add a layer of whipped cream, followed by a layer of cherry jam and again a layer of whipped cream. This process is repeated, making sure that each layer is well compacted and has a fine texture. After each layer, we leave the glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to harden.

At the end, we add a final layer of cherry cream and decorate with fresh cherries and grated or melted chocolate, as preferred. The dessert will thus be a true feast for the eyes and taste buds, being perfect for any special occasion. Enjoy every spoonful of this delicious combination of flavors and textures!
