Salmon with stuffed zucchini flowers

 Ingredients: for 2 people: zucchini flowers 12 pcs, mozzarella, 4 anchovies, 2 slices of salmon, garlic powder, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oil, sesame seeds.

To prepare a delicious and refined recipe with stuffed zucchini flowers, we will start by ensuring we have all the necessary ingredients at hand and that we prepare a clean workspace. First, carefully wash the zucchini flowers, keeping in mind that they are extremely delicate. It is important to handle them gently to avoid damaging them. After washing, carefully remove the pistil and the small green petals near the stem. This step is essential to create a delicious and harmonious filling.

Next, fill each flower with a cube of fresh mozzarella, which will add a special creaminess, and a quarter of an anchovy, which will provide a savory and umami flavor. After filling the flowers, gently twist their tops to seal them, ensuring that the filling does not leak during baking. Place the stuffed flowers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they do not overlap.
