Once the bread is completely soaked, we transfer it to a blender, along with the rest of the ingredients. These may include various flavors such as garlic, fresh herbs, lemon, salt, and pepper, but also other preferred ingredients like olives or nuts, which will add a touch of originality to the dish. It is important to adjust the ingredients according to your desired taste, experimenting with proportions to achieve a perfect paste.

We activate the blender and pulse the ingredients until they are uniformly chopped. It is essential to stop from time to time to check the consistency. When we have achieved a homogeneous texture, we gradually add the olive oil. This will enrich the flavor of the dish and provide a special creaminess. We continue to blend until the paste becomes smooth and velvety, without visible chunks.

After we have obtained the desired consistency, we transfer the paste to a serving bowl. It is recommended to let the dish sit for a while, so the flavors can blend harmoniously. Personally, I like to serve this delicacy alongside fresh, meaty tomatoes or crunchy cucumbers, which bring a pleasant contrast of textures and flavors. These fresh vegetables will not only complement the taste of the dish but will also add a vibrant look to the plate.

It is important to keep the paste covered and refrigerated, so it remains fresh and retains its flavor. This can be used as an appetizer, spread, or even as a filling for various dishes.  Ingredients: 60 ml milk, 100 g homemade white bread crumb, 50 g salted carp roe (or other preferred roe), 1/4 onion, 1 small clove of garlic, 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 150 ml extra virgin olive oil, 1 organic or homemade egg yolk, 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, freshly ground black pepper to taste.
