In the meantime, I put 10 tablespoons of breadcrumbs in a pan, added 50 g of butter, and placed it on the heat until the breadcrumbs turned slightly golden. I then let it cool while I made the sheets. I took one part of the dough, rolled it out until it reached about 30x30 cm, then placed it nicely on a clean tablecloth. I then began to gently pull the sheet of dough from underneath, from the inside out. In the end, the sheet was practically transparent and about a meter long. I sprinkled the breadcrumbs on the sheet, leaving a margin of about a palm; then I added diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon on top. Using the tablecloth, I started to close the strudel, rolling it a bit, brushing the sheet with melted butter... and continued like this until the end; finally, I covered the strudel with that part of the dough without apples... I brushed it with beaten egg and placed it in the tray. I put it in the preheated oven at 175°C for 30-45 minutes, depending on the oven... mine stayed warm for about 40 minutes.
