Quick Tiramisu

Desert: Quick Tiramisu | Discover Simple, Tasty and Easy Family Recipes | YUM

For those who are short on time and want to prepare a delicious and quick dessert, the tiramisu recipe is the perfect choice. We start by preparing the coffee: brew 300 ml of flavored coffee using your preferred method, whether it's filter coffee, espresso, or from a cezve. Once the coffee is brewed, we add the two packets of vanilla sugar, mixing well until completely dissolved. It is important for this coffee to cool before we continue, so we set it aside.

In a separate bowl, we take care of the delicious cream that will give a special taste to our dessert. We take the cold milk and pour it into a deep container, adding the three packets of Dr. Oetker cream. This type of cream brings a creamy texture and an intense flavor. We mix the ingredients gently with a whisk or spatula until they are integrated. Then, we use an electric mixer on high speed to whip the cream for about 3-5 minutes until it becomes fluffy and airy. Next, we add the three boxes of mascarpone, each weighing 250 g, and continue to mix with the whisk, being careful not to form lumps but to obtain a smooth and fine cream.

The time has come to assemble the tiramisu. We take the ladyfingers and quickly dip them in the cooled coffee, ensuring they are covered on both sides but not leaving them in the liquid too long to avoid disintegration. They are then arranged in a high-sided dish, forming the first layer. Over this layer of ladyfingers, we add half of the cream prepared earlier, leveling it with a spatula to achieve an even surface. We continue with a second layer of ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream, which we spread carefully, ensuring that every corner is covered.

To finish the dish, we sprinkle a generous layer of cocoa on top, which will add a note of bitterness and an elegant appearance. It is essential to let the tiramisu chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine perfectly. After it has been in the fridge, the dessert is ready to serve. Each slice will bring a smile to the faces of loved ones, and the combination of coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa will turn any meal into a special moment. Enjoy your meal!

For those in a time crunch who want to try a quick version of the classic Tiramisu original recipe. Prepare 300ml of coffee in which you add the 2 packets of vanilla sugar, and after it cools down, add the cognac. Prepare the cream: gently mix the cold milk with the 3 packets of Dr. Oetker cream, then mix for 3-5 minutes at high speed. Add the 3 boxes (of 250g each) of mascarpone and gently mix with a whisk until homogeneous. Take the ladyfingers and dip them in coffee on both sides (very quickly!!), then arrange them in a high-edged tray. After the first layer of ladyfingers, add half of the cream, level it out, then add the second layer of ladyfingers. Spread the remaining cream over this last layer, and dust cocoa on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy your meal! :)
