The television cake is a delicacy that not only delights the taste buds but also attracts attention with its unique appearance. This cake, with layers of delicious cream and fluffy sponge, can be easily prepared at home, thus becoming the star of any festive occasion. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, or simply want to treat your family, this cake will bring smiles and create unforgettable memories.
To prepare the television cake, you will need the following ingredients: 300 g of biscuits, 200 g of melted butter, 500 ml of milk, 200 g of sugar, 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder, 400 ml of whipped cream, 200 g of dark chocolate, and 100 g of white chocolate for decoration.
The first step is to prepare the cake base. Grind the biscuits in a blender until you obtain a fine powder, then add the melted butter and mix well until the composition becomes homogeneous. Place the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing well to form an even crust. Put the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar, then bring to a boil. In a separate bowl, mix the pudding powder with a little cold milk, then pour the mixture into the saucepan with hot milk. Stir continuously until the cream thickens and becomes creamy. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
When the cream has completely cooled, gently fold in the whipped cream, mixing with delicate movements to achieve an airy texture. Pour the cream over the biscuit base and level it with a spatula.
To finish the cake, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it evenly over the cream layer. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to set well. Before serving, decorate with grated white chocolate or chocolate flakes for an elegant and appetizing appearance. The television cake will surely be a success, and each slice will bring joy and satisfaction to everyone who enjoys it.
