Sandwich puppy

Now, let’s focus on the puppy’s face. We take the remaining slice of salami and cut it into a shape that will represent the puppy’s snout. With a wavy knife, we start creating the ears. We cut carefully, ensuring that we do not damage the cheese underneath, as this will help us better define the facial features.
The next step is to take care of the eyes. Using a round nozzle, we cut out two circles from the melted cheese, which will melt slightly and adhere well to the sandwich. Then, from the olives, we cut out two smaller circles for pupils, which we will place on the melted cheese. The puppy’s nose will be created from a whole olive, which will add a nice contrast.
To create the mouth, we cut a semicircle from an olive, which will give a playful touch to our puppy. We carefully assemble all the elements, making sure to arrange them in a way that achieves the most appealing look. Once the face is complete, our puppy sandwich is almost ready to serve.
