To prepare a refined and delicious dessert, we need a few basic ingredients and a little time to enjoy a banana ice cream with cream. This recipe is not only simple but also extremely tasty, perfect for warm summer days or for a sweet indulgence at any time of the year.

We start by beating the four eggs with 200 grams of sugar and the two packets of vanilla sugar. We use an electric mixer to obtain a fluffy and airy foam, which will contribute to the creamy texture of the ice cream. It is essential that the eggs and sugar are well incorporated, so that we obtain a homogeneous base.

Once we have obtained the foam, we add the mashed bananas, which we have previously sprinkled with the juice of half a lemon. This step not only adds a fresh taste but also helps to maintain the color of the bananas, preventing them from oxidizing. We also integrate the 450 grams of cream, which will add a special creaminess to the composition. We mix again for about two minutes, ensuring that all the ingredients are well combined.

Once we have obtained a homogeneous composition, we transfer it to a plastic container and put it in the freezer, leaving it to harden for about 12 hours. This time is crucial to allow the composition to become solid enough. After this interval has passed, we take the composition out of the freezer and put it in the food processor, setting it to maximum speed for about two minutes. This mixing process will help incorporate air, giving the ice cream a light and fluffy texture.

In the meantime, it's time to take care of the whipped cream. By whipping the cream, we obtain an essential ingredient that will transform the ice cream into a real delight. Once the cream is well whipped, we gradually add the composition from the processor, mixing gently to avoid losing the air from the cream. It is important to be patient and ensure that everything is homogenized.

After obtaining a uniform mixture, we transfer the composition back into the plastic bowl and leave it in the freezer again. About an hour later, we take the bowl out and mix the composition again to prevent the formation of ice crystals. This step will guarantee a fine and creamy ice cream. Once this stage is completed, we can decide whether to leave the composition in the bowl or divide it into individual molds. Regardless of the option, we make sure that the ice cream is well covered and left to freeze until it is completely solid.

When we are ready to serve, we can decorate the dessert with slices of fresh banana or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an extra flavor. This banana ice cream with cream will surely be a pleasant surprise for all who taste it!
