Salmon with Vegetables

To prepare a delicious and healthy meal, we start with the salmon fillets, which we wash well under a stream of cold water. After a few minutes, we add the tomatoes, which will provide an extra acidity and juiciness, followed by cucumber, carrot, and celery stalk, all cut into cubes or strips. It is important for the vegetables to be fresh, as their taste will significantly influence the final dish.

Once all the vegetables are in the pan, we season them with salt and pepper to taste. We let the mixture simmer over medium heat for a maximum of 10 minutes, being careful to keep their crunchy texture. If the tomatoes are not very juicy, we can add a tablespoon or two of water to create a little sauce. This will help to enhance the flavors and create a delicious sauce that will perfectly combine with the salmon.

Once the salmon is perfectly cooked, and the vegetables are "al dente," we are ready to serve. The taste pleasure comes from the combination of these simple yet fresh and flavorful ingredients.
