Ice cream
To prepare a delicious and refreshing dessert, we start by gathering the necessary ingredients. In a sufficiently large bowl, we put the pudding powder or the one you prefer. Then, we carefully add 200 ml of boiled and cooled milk, ensuring that the temperature is ideal to prevent the ingredients from coagulating. Using a mixer, we begin to mix at a low speed to avoid splattering. Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, we gradually increase the mixer speed, continuing to beat for about 3 minutes.
After obtaining a fine composition, we add 150 ml of yogurt, which will provide a creamy taste and pleasant texture to our dessert. It is important to mix well, but this time only for a few seconds, so that the yogurt integrates perfectly without losing its airiness.
The next step is to transfer the mixture into bowls. I used umbrella-shaped molds, but you can choose any container suitable for freezing. Make sure to fill them almost to the edge, as the composition will slightly rise when frozen. After you have finished filling all the molds, carefully place them in the freezer. It is important to let the dessert freeze for at least 4 hours, but if you used larger quantities, you may need to keep them in the freezer longer to achieve the perfect consistency.
Once the freezing time has expired, take the molds out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to easily release. Then, you can carefully turn them onto a plate. You will enjoy a refreshing dessert, full of flavors, perfect for hot days. This dish is not only delicious but also simple to make, being an excellent choice for moments when you want to impress family and friends with a homemade dessert that doesn't require too much effort but will bring smiles to the faces of your loved ones. Enjoy it with pleasure!
