Happy birthday, Andrada! Today, we celebrate a special day, the day your little princess turns 7 years old! What better moment to bring a smile to her face with a Barbie cake? This recipe is not just a challenge, but also an opportunity to create unforgettable memories with loved ones. Even if it's your first Barbie cake, enjoy every step of the process! Let's get started!

Preparation time: 1 hour
Baking time: 1 hour
Total time: 2 hours
Number of servings: 12-15

Ingredients

For the large cake (base of the cake):
- 9 eggs
- 18 tablespoons of sugar
- 18 tablespoons of flour (not packed, but leveled)
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 baking powders
- 12-14 tablespoons of water
- A pinch of salt

For the small cakes (medium and small):
- The same ingredients as for the large cake, but divided between two different-sized pans.

For the cream:
- 4 packets of vanilla pudding
- 1 pack of butter (at room temperature)
- 1 pack of frozen berries
- 12 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.2 liters of milk
- Vanilla sugar to taste

For decoration:
- 500 ml of HuLaLa whipped cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Natural coloring (red beet for pink shade)
- Shimmering decorations
- White chocolate coins

Instructions

1. Preparing the cakes:
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream, light yellow in color. Add the baking powder, a pinch of salt, and water gradually, mixing continuously. Finally, fold in the flour, being careful to keep it aerated, not packed.

2. Whipping the egg whites:
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the 3 tablespoons of sugar (from the 12 tablespoons) until you get a firm foam. This step will add air and lightness to your cakes.

3. Combining the ingredients:
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture using a spatula or wooden spoon. Mix lightly, so you don't lose the air from the egg whites.

4. Baking the cakes:
Pour the mixture into the greased pan (for the large cake) and level it carefully. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if it's baked through. When done, remove it and let it cool.

5. Preparing the small cakes:
Repeat the same procedure for the two small cakes. Use the same amount of ingredients, but divided into different pans. Bake them simultaneously to save time.

6. Shaping the cakes:
Once the cakes have cooled, remove them from the pans. Cut each cake in half, resulting in four layers. Use a round cutter to make a hole in the center of the cakes, where the Barbie doll will be placed.

7. Soaking the cakes:
Use the juice from the compote to soak the cakes, making sure they don't become too sweet.

8. Preparing the cream:
Cook the pudding according to the package instructions, adding the 12 tablespoons of sugar and milk. Once cooled, incorporate the butter at room temperature.

9. Assembling the cake:
Place the first soaked layer on a platter, add some of the pudding cream and the berries. Continue layering the cakes, alternating between cream and berries, until the last layer.

10. Decorating the cake:
Whip the HuLaLa cream with the 3 tablespoons of sugar and add the natural beet coloring to achieve the desired shade. Cover the entire surface of the cake with whipped cream, using a spatula for an even look. Add the shimmering decorations and white chocolate coins for a fairytale appearance.

Useful tips:
- Using quality ingredients: Choose good quality butter and fresh ingredients for a perfect taste.
- The cream: You can replace the berries with other favorite fruits, such as peaches or bananas, depending on your tastes.
- Innovation: You can create a more complex themed cake by adding various layers of cream or chocolate mousse between the cakes.
- Serving: The Barbie cake is ideal to be served alongside natural juices or refreshing drinks, but also with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious contrast.

Nutritional information:
This cake contains ingredients rich in proteins (eggs), carbohydrates (flour, sugar), and fats (butter, cream). Consumers can benefit from essential nutrients, but it is recommended to consume it in moderation due to the high sugar content.
