Step-by-Step Preparation
Step 1: Preparing the Dough
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder.
2. Add the soft margarine and sugar, mixing well with a spatula until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
3. Incorporate the eggs, mixing until everything becomes a uniform mass.
4. Start adding the lukewarm milk gradually, kneading until you obtain an elastic and soft dough.
5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Step 2: Baking the Dough Sheets
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Roll out two parts of the dough into thin sheets on a floured surface.
3. Place the sheets on a 23 x 35 cm baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they take on a slight golden color.
Step 3: Preparing the Filled Rolls
1. From the remaining 4 parts of dough, roll out thin sheets, spread them with strawberry jam, and sprinkle with the mixture of Turkish delight, papaya, cranberries, and raisins.
2. Roll them tightly and place them in the same tray, leaving a little space between them.
3. Bake the rolls at 180°C for about 50 minutes until they turn golden and stick together. Let them cool in the tray.
Step 4: Preparing the Cream
1. Prepare the Cremsnit cream according to the instructions on the package, using 700 ml of the necessary milk.
2. In another container, prepare the vanilla pudding with 400 ml of milk and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, according to the instructions on the package.
3. Once cooled, mix the two creams and add the melted butter, homogenizing well.
Step 5: Assembling the Cake
1. In the tray where the sheets were baked, place a wafer, spread it with strawberry jam.
2. Place the first layer of cake on top, followed by half of the Cremsnit cream.
3. Add the rolls stuck together, followed by the rest of the vanilla cream.
4. Cover with the second layer of cake, spread with strawberry jam, and place another wafer on top.
Step 6: Preparing the Glaze

2. In another container, melt the white chocolate with the butter.
