To prepare a delicious and refreshing dessert, we will start by making a thick syrup that will add a rich flavor and creamy texture to our dish. In a pot, we will add 200 ml of water, along with 250 g of sugar and 100 g of honey. We mix the ingredients well to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely. Then, we put the pot on medium heat and let it boil. It is important to stir occasionally to prevent the syrup from sticking to the bottom of the pot. After about 5 minutes of boiling, the syrup will begin to thicken, and when it reaches the desired consistency, we will remove it from heat.

While the syrup cools slightly, we will take care of the chocolate. You can choose either dark chocolate or milk chocolate, depending on your preferences. Cut 150 g of chocolate into small pieces and then melt it either in the microwave or over steam. If you opt for the microwave, make sure to melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between to avoid burning. Once the chocolate is completely melted and has a smooth consistency, let it cool slightly before adding it to the sugar syrup.

When the syrup is warm, we will combine the two components: we add the melted chocolate to the thick syrup and mix well, obtaining a smooth and glossy cream. The next step is to add 100 g of puffed rice to this cream. The puffed rice will provide a crunchy texture and enrich our dish. We carefully mix to ensure the rice is evenly distributed in the cream.

Now, we are ready to assemble the dessert. We take two wafers and spread a generous portion of the rice cream on the first wafer, then cover it with the second wafer. It is recommended to gently press the dessert to even out the cream and ensure it sticks well. After we finish assembling, we let the dessert cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then we can put it in the fridge for at least an hour. When the cream has set, it is time to cut the dessert into portions and enjoy each crunchy and flavorful bite. This dessert is perfect for any occasion and will surely be appreciated by everyone who tastes it!
