Cake with grated dough

Once the resting time has expired, we take half of the dough and grate it directly into the prepared tray, forming an even layer. This will be the base of our cake. On top of this layer, we spread the filling made from whipped egg whites mixed with sugar and the chosen jam, which will add a sweet and aromatic flavor. The last part of the dough is grated again and sprinkled over the filling, and to add a touch of flavor, we sprinkle ground nuts mixed with a little sugar.
