To prepare a delicious recipe for plum dumplings, we start by gathering all the necessary ingredients. You will need 250 grams of flour, 100 grams of butter, a pinch of salt, and plums, preferably the sweetest and most aromatic ones. The first step is to boil a pot of water, to which you will add the butter cut into cubes and a pinch of salt. Wait for it to reach boiling point, and when the water is boiling, remove the pot from the heat and quickly pour in the flour, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon. It is essential to mix well to avoid forming lumps. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, let the dough cool slightly, and then start kneading it with your hands until it becomes elastic and uniform.
