To prepare a special dough, it is essential to follow a few simple but very important steps. We start by gathering all the necessary ingredients in a well-prepared place. You will need good quality flour, warm water, fresh or dry yeast, a pinch of salt, and optionally, a little olive oil to add extra flavor and elasticity to the dough.

Start by adding all the ingredients to the bread machine's bowl. Make sure that the yeast does not come into direct contact with the salt, as the latter can inhibit fermentation. Therefore, it is best to add the flour first, then the salt, and finally the yeast. After you have placed the ingredients, select the dough program, which will allow for proper mixing and kneading. The machine's working time is about an hour and a half, during which the dough will rise and become fluffy.

Once the program is finished, carefully remove the dough from the bowl. It should be elastic and slightly sticky, but not excessively so. Place it on a surface dusted with flour and divide it into equal-sized pieces, depending on the desired size of the preparations. Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin until you achieve thin sheets, about 2-3 mm thick. It is important to use flour for the rolling pin as well, to prevent the dough from sticking.

At this point, prepare the non-stick pan by heating it over medium heat. It is not necessary to add oil, as the non-stick pan will help bake the dough evenly. You can bake each sheet for 1-2 minutes on each side until you notice it turning golden and slightly crispy. Place them on a cooling rack to prevent condensation.

These sheets of dough can be used to prepare various dishes: from wraps to pizza or even to be filled with various savory ingredients such as grilled vegetables, meat, or cheese. They provide a versatile and delicious base for any meal. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients: Bread dough: The ingredients and quantities are those from the bread machine book: 335 ml of room temperature water, 30 ml of oil, 28 g of sugar, 10 g of salt, 908 g of bread flour (I used two-thirds bread flour and one-third whole wheat flour), 10 g of dry yeast for the bread machine.
