To prepare a delicious and healthy dish, we will start by chopping all the vegetables. It is important to finely chop them so they integrate harmoniously into the recipe. The vegetables we can use include tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and onions. After chopping them, we set them aside to add later.

The next step is to prepare the mushrooms and the meat. The mushrooms are sliced into thin rounds, and the meat, preferably chicken breast, is cut into strips. These ingredients will form the base of our filling. In a pan, we add a little oil and let it heat up. After about three minutes, we add the mushrooms and let them sauté until golden and release their flavors. Then, we add the cut meat, season with salt and pepper, and we can also add other preferred spices such as paprika, oregano, or herbs de Provence. We mix the ingredients well and fry them together until the meat is well cooked and the mushrooms are tender.

In the meantime, we take care of the wraps that will serve as the base for our dish. We take a wrap and spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on it. This will provide a rich flavor and bind the ingredients together. Over the mayonnaise, we add the meat and mushroom mixture, being careful not to overdo the amount so that we can fold the wrap without difficulty.

Now, it is time to add the fresh vegetables. We place the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and onions on top of the meat mixture. These vegetables will add a crunchy and fresh note to our dish.

To enhance the flavor, we prepare a quick sauce. In a food processor, we chop a few cloves of garlic, then add yogurt, a pinch of salt, and a little oil. We blend everything for a few seconds until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce. This sauce will enrich the flavors of our wrap.

We pour the sauce over the ingredients in the wrap. After adding all of this, we fold the wrap in half, forming a tasty and appetizing package. This dish can be served immediately but can also be enjoyed cold, making it perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner. Enjoy your meal!
