Dessert with Raspberry Jelly and Whipped Cream
The raspberry fasting dessert is a perfect choice for those who want to indulge without compromising the culinary rules of fasting. This recipe is not only simple but combines the sweet taste of raspberries with the light texture of vegan cream, creating an unforgettable experience. Let's get started!
To prepare this delicious dessert, we will use accessible and flavorful ingredients. First, we make sure we have 500 g of fresh or frozen raspberries, 200 g of sugar, 1 packet of Vege-gel from Dr. Oetker, and 500 ml of water. Also, to add extra flavor, we can add a few drops of vanilla or lemon essence.
The first step is to prepare the raspberry mixture. In a pot, we add the water and sugar, mixing them well over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves. Then, we add the raspberries, being careful to mix gently so as not to crush them completely. Next, we incorporate the Vege-gel, continuing to mix constantly. It is important not to let the mixture boil but just to reach the temperature necessary to activate the gel.
Once the mixture starts to thicken, it is time to let it cool. After about 30 minutes, it will have the perfect consistency to be used. In the meantime, we focus on the vegan cream. We whip 400 ml of vegetable cream with a mixer until it becomes firm. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add powdered sugar to taste.
After the raspberry jelly has cooled and set, we use cookie cutters to cut attractive portions. I opted for a flower shape, but you can use any shape you prefer. Assembling the dessert is done in layers: we start with a layer of jelly, followed by a layer of cream. We continue with another layer of jelly, alternating until we finish the ingredients.
Finally, we decorate each portion with a few fresh raspberries for an attractive appearance and intense flavor. This raspberry fasting dessert is not only a pleasant surprise but also an excellent way to enjoy a healthy and delicious dish that will surely impress everyone.
