I prefer Markouk graham bread for its fine texture and delicious taste. You will also need extra virgin olive oil, which will add a touch of flavor and help achieve that perfect crunch. Spices are essential to give an extra flavor to the chips; you will need thyme, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sumac.

Start by cutting the flatbread into triangles or, if you prefer, you can tear it into small pieces for a varied texture. Place the pieces of flatbread in a large bowl, generously drizzle them with olive oil, and add your desired spices. Mix well so that each piece is evenly coated with oil and spices. This will be the flavorful base of your chips.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. While the oven is heating, prepare a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned flatbread pieces on the tray, making sure they do not overlap so they bake evenly. Bake the chips for about 10 minutes or until they become crispy and golden.
