- Oil for frying (sunflower or olive oil for a more intense flavor)
- 1-2 tablespoons of flour (to coat the fish)
- 1 stick of cinnamon (to add a warm note of flavor)
- 1-2 tablespoons of coriander (you can use fresh coriander or ground seeds)
- 2-3 cloves (for a more complex taste)
Instructions:
1. Preparing the fish: If using frozen fish, ensure it is thawed beforehand. After thawing, cut the fish into evenly sized pieces for even cooking. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on the fish pieces.
