If you want a healthy and delicious breakfast, the pear puree cake is the perfect choice. This quick dessert will not only delight your taste buds but also provide you with the energy you need to start your day. Here’s how to make it step by step!

Ingredients:
- 500 ml pear puree (about 3 large pears)
- 3 tablespoons of oil (you can use sunflower or olive oil)
- 4 large eggs
- 200 g sugar (you can adjust the amount according to your preferences)
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 g)
- 200 g flour (whole wheat flour for a healthier option)
- A pinch of salt
- Cinnamon (optional, for a flavorful taste)
- Vanilla essence (optional, for an extra flavor)

Preparation:

1. Preparing the pear puree: Wash the pears well, peel them, and cut them into cubes. Put the pear cubes in a blender and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Blend until you get a smooth puree. This step is essential for achieving an airy texture for the cake.

2. Mixing the ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the 4 eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes frothy and light in color. This will add volume and make the cake fluffier.

3. Add the pear puree: Incorporate the pear puree into the egg and sugar mixture. Gently mix with a spatula to keep the air in the composition. If you wish, now is the time to add the vanilla essence and cinnamon to enhance the cake's aroma.

4. The dry ingredients: In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift the dry ingredients to avoid lumps. Then, gradually add them to the wet mixture, mixing carefully.

5. Baking: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray with butter or use parchment paper to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture into the tray and level the surface. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cake is golden and passes the toothpick test.

6. Cooling and serving: Let the cake cool in the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a rack to cool completely. You can serve it plain or dusted with powdered sugar and a few slices of fresh pears for a pleasant contrast.

Practical tips:
- If you want a fluffier cake, you can replace part of the flour with cornstarch or almond flour.
- The cake keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days, making it perfect for enjoying in the morning or as a snack.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds to the mixture for extra crunch and nutrients.

This pear puree cake is not only a simple recipe but also a unique way to incorporate fruits into breakfast. Try it and be surprised by its flavor!

I cleaned the pears and put them in the blender. I added about 3 tablespoons of oil and got 500 ml or 2 cups of pear puree. In the Ken, I added 4 eggs with 200 grams of sugar and mixed until they were fluffy and frothy, then I added the pear puree. I lowered the speed of the Ken to minimum and added 400 grams of flour mixed with a tablespoon of baking powder and placed it in the mold. I baked for an hour at 180 degrees Celsius, but I also did the toothpick test until it came out clean. The recipe for Colacel for breakfast was proposed by Adriana Nicoleta.
