First, pour the milk into the bowl of the food processor, then add the powdered sugar. The latter will provide sweetness and help achieve a fine texture. We continue with the coconut, which is the key ingredient that gives that specific flavor and creamy texture. The slightly melted butter will add richness to the mixture, while the cream will bring a delicate taste and soft consistency.

Activate the processor and mix everything at medium speed until you obtain a homogeneous mixture with a dough-like texture. It is essential that all ingredients are well integrated so that each candy has a consistent taste. Once the mixture is ready, let it rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

Now comes the fun part! Take a portion of the mixture and, using wet palms, form balls the size of a walnut. Each ball will have a hazelnut or almond in the center, which will add a crunchy and savory note. Make sure to wrap the hazelnut well in the dough so that it does not surface during the cooling process.

After you have formed all the balls, it is time to roll them in the remaining coconut. This step will not only give them an attractive appearance but will also enhance the coconut flavor. Place the candies on a tray lined with parchment paper, and after you finish, put the tray in the refrigerator. Let them chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
