To prepare this delicious recipe, we start by preparing the necessary ingredients. In a large bowl, we break the biscuits into medium-sized pieces, being careful not to make them too big or too small, to achieve a pleasant texture once the mixture hardens. This step is essential, as the biscuits will absorb all the flavors from the milk and cocoa mixture, providing the perfect base for our delight.

Separately, we cut the Turkish delight into thin strips so that it integrates easily into the mixture. Preparing the milk mixture is the next important step. In a pot, we heat the milk over low heat, gradually adding the margarine and sugar. We stir constantly to ensure that the margarine melts evenly and the sugar dissolves completely, resulting in a homogeneous mixture. It is essential not to let the mixture boil too hard, as we want all the ingredients to combine harmoniously.

Once the margarine and sugar have melted, we take the pot off the heat and add the cocoa. It is important to mix well so that no lumps remain. We continue to stir, and when the mixture becomes uniform, we put the pot back on the heat for a short time, bringing everything to a boil. Finally, we add the rum essence, which will bring a delicious aromatic note.

Now resting, we pour this warm mixture over the broken biscuits, cut Turkish delight, raisins, and coconut. We use a spatula to carefully mix everything, ensuring that each ingredient is well covered with the milk, margarine, and cocoa mixture. It is important that the mixture is warm but not hot, so as not to destroy the texture of the biscuits.

To form the rolls, we need three sheets of cellophane. We divide the composition into three equal parts, being careful not to overload them. Each portion is then carefully rolled up like a log, taking care not to crumble. The rolls thus formed are placed on a tray and put in the fridge, ideally overnight, to harden and intensify their flavors.

After cooling, the rolls can be sliced and served with pleasure. This recipe will bring a touch of joy to every meal. So, let us enjoy the result of our work. Enjoy your meal!
