Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Start by washing and peeling all the vegetables. Cut the zucchini, carrot, celery, parsley root, and onion into small cubes. The tomato can be cut into cubes, but to enhance its flavor, I recommend blanching it quickly and removing the skin.
Step 2: Sauté the vegetables
