Delicious yogurt-marinated chicken breast recipe - a perfect choice for a quick and flavorful dinner. This simple recipe combines rich flavors and the juicy texture of chicken, turning it into a dish that will impress anyone. Here’s how to prepare this dish step by step.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Marinating time: minimum 2 hours (ideally overnight)
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Necessary ingredients:
- 1 large chicken breast
- 250 g full-fat yogurt (preferably homemade)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (or lemon)
- salt (to taste)
- olive oil (for frying)
- 2 teaspoons Kotanyi seasoning (a mix of herbs, mushrooms, and iodized sea salt)

Preparation:

1. Preparing the chicken: Start by washing the chicken breast well, then cut it into suitable pieces (cubes or strips, as preferred). These sizes will ensure even marination and quick cooking.

2. Seasoning: In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces and season them with the two teaspoons of Kotanyi seasoning, which will add a complex and delicious flavor. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

3. Preparing the marinade: Chop the onion finely. Also, peel and slice the garlic. In the same bowl, combine the yogurt with the chili powder, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and sliced garlic. Mix well until you obtain a smooth paste. Adjust the salt if necessary.

4. Marinating: Add the chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for at least two hours, but ideally overnight. This marination will make the chicken juicy and full of flavor.

5. Cooking: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a generous amount of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces along with the marinade, but do not add the onion and garlic yet. They will burn too quickly.

6. Browning: Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then, remove the lid, drizzle the chicken with lime juice, and brown it on all sides to achieve a golden and appetizing crust.

7. Serving: Once the chicken is cooked, you can serve it alongside delicious sides like rice, mashed potatoes, or polenta. Don’t forget to prepare a garlic sauce to complement this savory dish.

Useful tips:
- You can experiment with different spices or fresh herbs, such as basil or parsley, to customize the recipe.
- If you prefer a stronger taste, add a few drops of soy sauce to the marinade.
- This recipe pairs perfectly with a fresh salad, providing a pleasant contrast between the intense flavors of the chicken and the freshness of the vegetables.

This yogurt-marinated chicken breast recipe can quickly become your favorite, being both simple and versatile. Don't hesitate to try it and enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of your home!
