Preparation:
1. Preparing the wings: Start by washing the chicken wings well. Cut each wing into three parts, but for this recipe, we will only use the first two sections, which are the most sought after.
2. Boiling the wings: Place the wings in a pot of cold water, add a tablespoon of Delikat, and boil for 5-10 minutes, starting from the moment the water boils. This step helps tenderize the meat and reduces frying time.
3. Draining the wings: After boiling, remove the wings from the water and let them drain well, then allow them to cool slightly.
4. Preparing the mixtures: While the wings cool, prepare the three bowls for coating:
- In the first bowl, mix the flour with sweet paprika, hot paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- In the second bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired.
- In the third bowl, crush the cornflakes until you achieve a finer texture (you can use a meat mallet or a blender).
5. Coating the wings: Take each wing piece and dip it into the three bowls in the following order: first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the cornflakes. Make sure each piece is well coated for a perfect crust.
6. Frying the wings: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the coated wings and fry until golden and crispy, about 7-10 minutes on each side. Be careful not to burn yourself, and to achieve less greasy wings, you can use a pan with a thinner layer of oil.
