Boil salted water, gradually add the cornmeal, and stir continuously until you achieve a thicker consistency. Pour the polenta into round molds or any other shape you prefer and let it cool slightly.

For plating, remove the polenta from the mold and arrange it nicely on the plate, alongside the stew. Add a dollop of sour cream over the stew and, if desired, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top for a vibrant look. This combination of textures and flavors will turn the meal into a true feast.
