Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C, ensuring that the temperature is evenly distributed for perfect baking. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with a fresh egg, finely chopped onion, horseradish sauce, breadcrumbs, finely chopped basil, and spices. It is important to play with the flavors, so feel free to add salt, Delikat, and pepper to taste for a tasty mixture. Knead well until all the ingredients are integrated, resulting in a homogeneous and appetizing composition.

Meanwhile, the pork tenderloin should be carefully cleaned of fat strands to achieve a finer and tastier texture. Then, it is cut lightly in the middle, making sure not to split it completely. Using a meat mallet, pound the meat covered with plastic wrap until it becomes a thin and even slice. This procedure will allow the roll to cook evenly and remain juicy.

On the work surface, lay out a sheet of aluminum foil, which is brushed with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and ½ teaspoon of freshly chopped thyme. Place the slice of tenderloin, and on top, add the thinly sliced chicken breast. Carefully spread the ground meat over the entire surface, creating a delicious base. In the middle of the roll, add pieces of creamy cheese and a few mushroom caps, which will add a flavorful taste and pleasant texture.

Roll the meat lengthwise in the aluminum foil, making sure to tighten it well and twist the ends to seal the roll. Place the roll in a baking dish and add 300 ml of water, which will help to cook evenly and maintain moisture. The dish is placed in the preheated oven at 230°C, where the roll will bake for 25-35 minutes.

After the time has passed, remove the roll from the oven and carefully remove the aluminum foil. Let it sit in the dish for another 5-10 minutes to brown nicely.
