### Step by step:
1. Preparing the dough: Start by activating the yeast. Dissolve it in warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the flour with the salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast-water mixture and olive oil. Mix with a spatula until you get a smooth dough. If you don't have a bread machine, don't worry! You can knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes.
