To prepare a delicious and flavorful dish, we start by preparing all the necessary ingredients. We choose a piece of beef or chicken, depending on preferences, and cut it into strips. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the meat during cooking. We also prepare the vegetables, such as carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion, cutting them into strips as well. It is important that each ingredient is cut evenly to ensure uniform cooking.

In a large pot, we pour enough oil to cover the bottom evenly. We heat the oil over medium heat and add the carrot. We sauté it lightly, being careful not to soften it completely, so that it retains its crunchy texture. After a few minutes, we remove the carrot from the pot and set it aside, keeping the oil in the pot. We do the same with the other vegetables, so that each benefits from the heat of the oil and retains its flavor.

Once the vegetables are ready, it’s time to deal with the meat. We season it with salt, pepper, and other preferred spices, such as paprika or herbs, to enhance its flavor. We add it to the pot and sauté it until it is browned on all sides. This will add depth and flavor to the dish.

Once the meat is cooked, we add the broth to the remaining oil and let it simmer for a minute to amplify its taste. Then, we pour in water, add a little salt and pepper, and let it boil for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. This will be the base of our sauce, which we transfer to a bowl for later use.

In the meantime, we take care of the side dish. We put the rice in a pot with water, making sure to respect the correct proportions. We boil the rice in the oven, and when it is ready, we transfer it to a bowl and let it cool slightly. Once all the ingredients are prepared, we can start assembling the plate. We serve the rice on a plate, add the meat and vegetables, and finally, drizzle with the flavorful sauce we previously made. Thus, we enjoy a delicious dish, full of color and flavor, perfect for a family meal or with friends.
