To prepare a turkey breast stuffed with spinach and cheese, start by preparing the necessary ingredients. Take about 200 grams of cheese and cut it into small cubes so that it melts evenly during baking. In a bowl, add the chopped cheese and a generous handful of fresh spinach, washed and finely chopped. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a little Delikat to taste, mixing well to distribute the flavors.

Continuing with the preparation of the turkey breast, take a turkey breast of about 500 grams and cut it into two equal pieces. Then, cut each piece horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through, so as to form a generous pocket. This will be filled with the spinach and cheese mixture. Use a spoon to fill each pocket with the delicious mixture, ensuring it is well compacted.

To prevent the filling from leaking during baking, stick toothpicks in various places on the cut side of the meat. This simple trick will keep the filling inside, giving them a nice appearance after baking. Place the stuffed pieces of meat in a baking dish and season with salt, Delikat, and pepper, according to your preferences.

To add a touch of flavor, you can also place some stuffed mushrooms with sausage in the dish alongside the turkey breast for an even richer dish. On top, place a small chicken on a special rack to allow the juices to drain and flavor everything.

To ensure even baking, add chicken broth or water to the dish so that the liquid reaches halfway up the turkey breast. Over all the ingredients, drizzle a little oil, add a few peppercorns and bay leaves. If you wish, you can also add the vegetables used for making the broth for extra flavor.

Now, it is time to place the dish in the preheated oven at a moderate temperature. Let the turkey breast bake until the meat becomes tender and juicy, and the water in the dish reduces. The baking time varies, but in general, it is recommended to check from time to time to ensure everything is cooking evenly. Once the dish is ready, remove it from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then remove the toothpicks and slice it to serve. This dish is not only delicious but also visually appealing, making it perfect for a festive meal or a special dinner.

Ingredients: 600g turkey breast, 300g frozen chopped spinach, salt, pepper, Delikat, bay leaves, and whole peppercorns, all added to taste, 100ml oil, chicken broth or water, toothpicks.
