To prepare a delicious recipe for stuffed mushrooms with kaiser and sour cream, we start by preparing our ingredients and organizing ourselves efficiently in the kitchen. The first step is to clean and chop the onion. We will slice it thinly so that it sautés evenly. In a deep skillet, we heat the olive oil over medium heat. When the oil becomes warm, we add the sliced onion and sauté it until it becomes translucent and slightly golden. This will provide a flavorful base for our recipe.

Meanwhile, we take the kaiser and cut it into small cubes, making sure they are uniform in size to cook evenly. After the onion has sautéed, we add the kaiser to the skillet. We mix well so that the flavors combine and it lightly fries until the kaiser becomes crispy. At this point, we add salt and cumin, which will enhance the flavor of the dish. We let the mixture cook on low heat while we prepare the mushrooms.

We wash the mushrooms with cold water, then carefully clean them, removing the stems. We chop the stems into small cubes and add them to the skillet over the kaiser and onion. We let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. After the mushrooms have started to soften, we add the broth. It is recommended to use a denser broth as it will provide a richer texture to the dish. We let everything simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then we add the sour cream, mixing well to achieve a creamy composition. We turn off the heat and add the fresh herbs, which will bring extra freshness and color.

Now we prepare the baking tray, covering it with parchment paper if we are not using a non-stick tray. We place the mushrooms on the tray, cap side up, and fill each mushroom with the kaiser and mushroom mixture. On top of each mushroom, we add a thin slice of cheese and a little grated parmesan to achieve a golden and delicious crust. We place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees, setting the ventilation function, and let it bake for 20 minutes.

If we have leftover filling, no problem! It can be used to accompany pasta. After the pasta is cooked, we mix it with the filling and add a few mushrooms for a tasty dish. The stuffed mushrooms can be served hot or cold, being just as delicious in both versions. This is a versatile and tasty dish, perfect for a family dinner or a festive meal.
