To prepare this delicious pudding, you will need the following ingredients: 250 g of pasta (you can choose penne or fusilli), 200 g of telemea cheese or cottage cheese, 150 g of ham (preferably Prague ham or prosciutto), 3 eggs, 200 ml of cooking cream, salt and pepper to taste, as well as a little fresh or dried dill for added flavor.

Start by boiling the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Make sure to cook them al dente, as they will continue to cook in the oven. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and let it cool slightly. While the pasta cools, you can prepare the cheese and ham mixture. Cut the ham into small cubes and crumble the cheese with a fork.

In a large bowl, beat the three eggs with the cream, adding salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous composition. Then, add the cooked pasta and ham, gently mixing everything to ensure that the pasta is well coated with the egg and cream mixture, and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking tray, greased with a little oil or butter, and pour the pasta mixture into it. Level the surface with a spatula to achieve an even layer. You can sprinkle some leftover cheese or a few cubes of ham on top for a more appetizing appearance.

Place the tray in the oven and let the pudding bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until it becomes golden and firm on the surface. Once ready, remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before portioning it.
