We boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, making sure to add a teaspoon of salt to the water to give it more flavor. While the pasta is boiling, we can start preparing the delicious filling. In a large bowl, we beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, adjusting the seasoning to our taste. Then, we add the 2 tablespoons of milk, which will make the filling creamier and fluffier. Next, we add the grated cheese, which will bring a rich flavor and delicious taste. We mix the mixture well, ensuring there are no lumps left. Then, we take care of the green onions, which we slice into thin rings, thus bringing a touch of freshness to the dish. The chicken ham, cut into suitable pieces, will add a pleasant texture and savory taste. In a pan, we put a teaspoon of oil and let it heat up. We add the green onions and chicken ham, sautéing them lightly to release their flavors. After a few minutes, when the onions become translucent and the ham is slightly browned, we add the egg mixture. We stir gently over medium heat, ensuring everything combines evenly and cooks well, but without letting the mixture dry out. After the pasta is cooked, we drain it and let it cool slightly. We place the spaghetti with a fork in a muffin tin, forming small cups. In the middle of each cup, we make a small hole where we will add the egg mixture. Using a spoon, we add a portion of the egg and ham mixture into each mold, generously filling them but not exceeding the edge. On top, we sprinkle a little grated cheese, which will melt beautifully and form a golden crust at the end. We place the tray in the preheated oven and leave it at medium temperature for about 20-25 minutes, or until we see that they have taken on a delicious golden hue on the surface.
