To prepare a delicious dessert, start by melting high-quality chocolate along with heavy cream and butter in a heat-resistant bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of boiling water, ensuring that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir slowly until the ingredients are completely homogenized and you achieve a fine, glossy mixture. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, take another bowl and beat the eggs with the sugar until they become a light, airy foam. This step will add a light and fluffy texture to your dessert.

When the chocolate has cooled enough, slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture over the beaten eggs, constantly mixing with a spatula to prevent the eggs from curdling. After the mixture is well homogenized, add the sifted flour and cornstarch, mixing gently to obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.

In another bowl, prepare the filling from cookies. Crumble the cookies into small pieces, but not too fine, add the chopped nuts, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor. Mix the dry ingredients well to ensure the flavors blend perfectly.

In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour half of the chocolate mixture, leveling it evenly. Then, sprinkle half of the cookie mixture over the chocolate mixture, allowing them to blend slightly. Add the remaining chocolate batter and finally sprinkle the remaining cookies on top.

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees Celsius, with fan or medium heat, and place the tray in the oven. Let the dessert bake for 40-45 minutes or until the surface becomes firm and slightly crispy, while the inside is soft but well-cooked. When ready, remove the tray from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting it into portions.
